Bernard A. Van Ogtrop

Bernard A. Van Ogtrop is a trial lawyer with a varied practice, specializing in plaintiff personal injury. He began his trial practice in Delaware following service as a special agent with the F.B.I. Mr. Van Ogtrop has tried more than 125 cases to verdict. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to one percent (1%) of trial lawyers in a state. Mr. Van Ogtrop is a charter member and former president of the Delaware Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Van Ogtrop is a past president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association. He is a founding member of Judge Bifferato’s Trial Practice Forum.
